This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for panPan2-mm10.

 - panPan2.mm10.rbest.net.gz: panPan2-referenced recip.best net to mm10.
 - panPan2.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from panPan2 to mm10 through the recip.best net.
