This directory contains extra datafiles (offered for the sake of 
completeness) for the ENCODE October 2005 data freeze, 
University of Virginia DNA Smoothed Timing at 50% Replication
(UVa DNA Rep TR50) track in the Human May 2004 (hg17) database:

tr50raw.hg17.wig        raw TR50 data before smoothing
