This directory contains extra datafiles (offered for the sake of 
completeness) for the Stanford Promoters track in the Human July 2003 
(hg16) database:

  - NegativeControlDataStanfordPromoters.xls: negative control data in 
    Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format.
  - NegativeControlDataStanfordPromoters.txt.gz: negative control data in 
    tab-separated plain text, gzip-compressed.
