These file were originally made available for download on July 8, 2000.

This directory contains the June 15 2000 Genbank freeze
ordered and oriented according to the corresponding 
fingerprint map from Wash U taking into account overlap
between fragments and bridging mRNA, EST, and BAC end pairs.
This includes the following files:

contigFa.zip - The working draft sequence one file per
    fingerprint contig in fa format.  Unpacks
	 with one directory for each chromosome and
	 one subdirectory for each contig.
contigAgp.zip - Description of how the working draft was generated from
	 fragments at a fingerprint contig level.
chromFa.zip and chromAgp.zip - similar, but they unpack to one file per
    chromosome. (These files were updated Monday July 10, 8AM.)
