This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for galGal5-mm10.

 - galGal5.mm10.rbest.net.gz: galGal5-referenced recip.best net to mm10.
 - galGal5.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from galGal5 to mm10 through the recip.best net.

 - mm10.galGal5.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net.
 - mm10.galGal5.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

   AXT format
