This directory contains the Mar. 2006 assembly of the C. remanei genome
(caeRem2, WUSTL School of Medicine GSC C. remanei 1.0) in one gzip-compressed 
FASTA file per chromosome.

This assembly was produced by the Genome Sequencing Center at
the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (WUSTL).

Files included in this directory:

  - chr*.fa.gz: compressed FASTA sequence of each chromosome.

    Repeats from RepeatMasker and Tandem Repeats Finder (with period

    shown in upper case.

    RepeatMasker was run with the -s (sensitive) setting.
